Testing procedure
For every level, we recommend you train 2 times a week for a period of 6 months for level 1.
Exams are designed to push you to your limit. Tests are very intense experiences that help you prove your ability to perform your skills. You can expect a Level 1 test to last approximately 75 minutes.
Dress Code
We ask that you wear a REFLEX Club t-shirt and any appropriate training pants or shorts. You are allowed to wear wrestling shoes during training. Please, no hard-soled shoes on the mats. You need your own Boxing Gloves, Handwraps and optional Shin Guards.
